Reservation and Cancellation Policy :
A 30% deposit is required at reservation time.
The reservation will be confirmed upon reception of deposit.
A $300 security deposit will also be required. This deposit will be reimbursed once the inspection of the premises has been completed by the superintendent at the end of the stay.
Payment for the stay along with the security deposit are payable one (1) month prior to arrival.
In case of a cancellation thirty (30) days prior to arrival, there will be no reimbursement of deposit.
Rental Schedules :
Weekend : from 5 o'clock on Friday to 12 o'clock on Sunday
5-Day Week : from 5 o'clock on Sunday to 12 o'clock on Friday
7-Day Week : from 5 o'clock on Friday to 12 o'clock on Friday
